Ecomalta - Ecocemento

Ecomalta is made up of recycled aggregates (up to 40%). The main characteristics of this product make it: fireproof, breathable, insensitive to sudden changes in temperature and antistatic. The surfaces of the tops made with this material are waterproof and resistant to dirt and stains. Ecomalta can come into contact with food as it is free of epoxy resins, toxic substances and micro particles. It is 100% recyclable, practical, hygienic and resistant.

For daily use:

• Neutral detergent: Use a pH-neutral detergent (without acids or harsh substances). For example, a regular mild floor cleaner.

• Soft cloth: Clean with a well-wrung microfiber cloth or soft rag.

• Warm water: Avoid boiling or very cold water.

• No abrasives: Avoid rough sponges, metal scouring pads, or tools that could scratch the surface.

🚫 What to avoid

• Bleach, ammonia, acetone or other strong solvents.

• Acid products (e.g., descalers): They can dull or stain the surface.

• High-temperature steam: Could damage the protective finish.

• Long-lasting stains: promptly clean oil, wine, coffee, and food acids (e.g., lemon).
